• Monitored vendor performance in terms of safety, schedule, costs, quality and other contractual compliance issues.
• Led the strategic sourcing process leading to the development of strategic alliances for services to effectively lower cost by approximately $75 million dollars per year, by leveraging spend while reducing contractor.

• Led the transformation of a domestic based international supply chain function, that supported operations in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea | Port Gentil, Gabon | Kurdistan, Iraq and Jakarta, Indonesia to a global.
• Supported all business units in Africa, Asia and the Middle East during development and execution of strategic growth plans for the business and regions.
• Traveled extensively to Equatorial Guinea, Iraq and Indonesia in support of company owned LNG Plants and Exploration and Production (E&P)
• Provided onsite support and relief to in-country Supply Chain Managers while on routine leaves from their respective countries.
• Led negotiations for a $35 million per year supplemental contract services agreement for West Africa.
• Experienced in new venture early entry start-up.

• Coordinated and led steering committee commercial negotiations with key alliance contract partners including; Criterion Catalyst, Haldor Topsoe, Grace, Baker Petrolite, GE Chemicals, NALCO, Altair Strickland, Repcon.
• Negotiated platinum reclamation contract with Heraeus Precious Metals and Gulf Metallurgical for catalyst metals recyclining.
• Oversight and management of a procurement contract for a $45 million purchase of pumps for a Garyville, LA $3.9 billion refining expansion, saving 11%. Fluor Daniels was the EPC contractor on this project.
