Ken is a former Director of RPS and Ashdown Environmental Ltd and has over 45 years research and project experience in acoustics covering transport, power, industrial, commercial and residential developments, recreation and building acoustics. He is an experienced project manager who is used to leading a team of consultants on multi-disciplinary projects and is widely involved in EIA work and the preparation of Environmental Statements for major infrastructure schemes. Ken has provided expert evidence at numerous Planning Inquiries on behalf of both private and public sector clients and sits on BSi committee EH/001/03.
