• TIG welding of metal bellows assemblies used in the aircraft and semiconductor industries. Responsible for full product build cycle, from stamping the raw metal, welding bellows and applicable hardware, and quality.
• Quality assurance testing of bellows cross-sections to ensure desired weld geometries. Process involved sectioning the bellows, mounting, and physical measurements of weld bead geometries.
• Reliability testing of metal bellows. Process involved mechanical cycle testing using high speed actuators, failure analysis of those bellows that failed, and report generation for the engineer requesting the test.
• Failure analysis of failed bellows returned by the customer. Process involved determining location of failure, cross sectioning of failure site, and scanning electron microscope investigation of failure site to help.

• Testing and troubleshooting of circuit boards making up Harris line of super-mini computers. The computers were large rack-mounted system used in the modeling and simulation industry. The boards were large14” x 14”.
• Pre-screen testing of customer returned circuit boards using automated system called GENRAD. This system would find some of the more basic problems with the circuit boards, which could then be repaired without the use.
• Component level troubleshooting of circuit boards using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
