The contractor sales experience includes not only the contractor as a stakeholder but we also consider the needs of manufacturers, distributors and homeowner(s). Our new technologies make using finance easier than ever while helping match the consumer's home improvement need to the right financing product.

Activated a national account partnership with the largest home improvement contractor leading with our financing platform. Led build out of custom credit boxes, product development, new technology, API integration and support processes with custom reporting within their current platform. Coordinated GTM and support approach for our largest contractor. Grew lead conversions and net sales with a new integrated technology. Closed partnerships with two major OEMs and two major distributors. Lead a relationships with two of the largest HVAC trade organizations in the country. Built SaaS platform relationships with integrated application API. Led GTM strategy with our national partners aligning joint processes with our inside and outside sales teams using reporting externally to guide us on our strategies best penetrating and growing our joint dealer networks.

Stood up the Florida market directing field sales and optimizing our products and value proposition to the channel.

I work with our largest partners to customize our offering around their current goto market process and provide white glove service to their branches and sales reps using Benji and Hero. Working with OEMs, we help train their dealer channel and offer innovative financial products to help them meet their high efficiency product sales goals.

I work with the major manufacturers in each product vertical (HVAC, Roofing, Solar, Windows, etc.) to optimize our processes and products together to best activate our dealer channels allowing them to sell highly efficient or water conserving products regularly. HERO often changes the business model for our contractors, changing consumer behavior, so they can focus on what is best for the homeowner, and not what is the cheapest replacement product a homeowner can find. For the first time in a contractor dealer's history, they can sell their most efficient product lines because of the training, online tools and support only HERO provides. National Accounts are strategized with, processes are integrated and developed to allow them to best maximize what the HERO Program gives them: a "game-changer" in their business as we roll out nationally.

I develop the key partnerships we have with manufacturers, distributors and solar partners to help contractors utilize the HERO Program in their businesses. HERO drives higher approvals, closes, and realization with increasing average deal size through a proven process to sell high-efficiency ultimately leading to raving fan customers and lots of referral business.

I supported and strategized with our largest contractor partners to increase adoption of our program with a specialization in solar.

I manage the Contractor Sales Channel as the HERO Program expands throughout the Country.

Renovate America provides a turn-key solution to municipalities interested in allowing for property tax financing in their cities. This unique land secured financing allows home-owners to upgrade to efficient products (furnace, roofs, windows, etc.) that have to be installed (creates jobs), lowers a home-owner's utility bill (cut's greenhouse emissions), and increases tax revenue to the county. We bring private money to fund these loans and the repayment is added as a line-item to their current property tax bill which is senior to mortgage(s) and a municipal default. This low-interest financing allows home-owners to focus on what is most important, low energy costs!
