Drove the on-time specification and production of all marketing materials for six internationally-released giant screen (IMAX) films including key art, film trailers, one-sheet posters, standees, banners, sell sheets press kits, and video press kits (including making-of featurettes).Drove continuity of marketing message across all materials including print, video, and digital initiatives.Negotiated contracts, directed and coordinated simultaneous production of all marketing elements between domestic and international teams including internal and external graphic designers and animators, large-scale commercial printing presses, video production facilities and personnel.Managed distribution process for all motion simulator ride film components to individual clients, each with a specific hardware specification matrix covering a wide variety of film and sound standards. Required coordination and management of film labs, quality control teams, sound technicians, and end-users in Asia, Europe, and United States.
