Must be able to engage with guests, informing them about our custom furniture and design services. Knowledge in furniture construction and layout is a plus, but we will train. Attention to detail is imperative, Should be able to process orders quickley. Job duties include assisting clients with sales quotes. You should be a team player, able to take initiative to get a job done. You will be responsible for creating and following up on sales quotes. As well as be able to monitor open orders from placement to delivery. The ideal candidate must have sales and some interior design experience, Must have a desire to provide high-quality customer service, be enthusiastic, personable and positive. They will be a self starter motivated by a commission based earnings structure, and looking to work in an environment dedicated to both team and individual success. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who is driven to continually increase their individual sales volume coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quickbooks POS and Sketch-up are a plus but not required. Strong follow up skills and a strong passion for quality customer service is expected. Open availability and ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be a problem solver and have the ability to multi task job responsibilitiesProcess orders from design to delivery. Ability to serve multiple customers at a time. Hone in on customer needs and make recommendations to build and close sales. Must submit totals and commissions every month. Familiar with CRM management such as salesforce and insight.ly a huge plus. This is a fast paced environment that requires a lot of follow-up and communication.
