Led business transformation projects for retail and consumer product companies, including managing large teams, complex deliverables and client relationships. Specialized in people strategy, internal communications, change management, operating model and organization design, business strategy articulation, and culture alignment in both transformation and growth environments. Representative clients include Clarks, Coca Cola Enterprises, Bacardi, Johnson & Johnson, Sara Lee and Aviva.Generated $11M+ in primary sales revenue in FY12 (> 10x goal) and $9M in Q1 FY13. Directly managed $1.5M+ in revenue in FY12 (exceeded goal by 50%). Counselor and performance evaluator for several staff members in a matrix environment.
