Provided sales support, helped guide career development for the Houston consultants, relayed HR policies and procedures, and helped provide the marketing tools needed to grow Pariveda in the Houston market. Coordinated Houston Management Team meetings and quarterly office meetings/events. Managed quarterly review process and promotion board cycle. Maintained the Pariveda public website and supported both the local experienced hire and campus recruiting teams. Built local community service relationships and office participation.

Worked closely with internal and external event committees and client groups to define event goals, objectives and create specific implementation plans to uphold the organization’s brand. Designed the layout of venues, managed catering and rentals, acquired supporting technology, and coordinated specific staffing needs to execute successful events for private individuals and major corporations including ExxonMobil, Gainer Donnelly and Desroches, LLP, Epilepsy Foundation of Texas and Texas Children’s Hospital. Planned and executed events for all internal departments including development, membership, marketing, conservation, and public relations. Prepared and coordinated budgets, timelines, and volunteer needs for zoo events including the Zoo Ball, Flock Young Professionals events, as well as Asante and Ambassador level Donor events. Identified all aspects of event risks by tailoring a crisis management plan as well as trouble-shooting issues related to the success of the event program. Conducted post-event debriefing sessions, follow-up with subcontractors, sponsors, and clients, and provided post-event analysis, budget recaps, and participant feedback to incorporate lessons learned for future planning.
