I ensured food quality and safety my plating and delivering food to tables. I would make customer connections and help buss tables as well. I also had to manage my time well and have strong communication skills with the kitchen and servers as it was a very fast paced enviornment.

I greeted customers when they came in. I would answer the phones, take online orders, make reservations, and help bartend. I also had to use management skills to ensure all of the servers got an equal number of tables while not overwhelming them. I helped run food and direct people to private parties. I made personal connections with regulars and ensured every person had a special experience.

Greet fans and engage them during the baseball games, ensure safety for fans, players, and staff, connect players and fans to give a more personal experience, bring energy to the crowd during games.
