Growing up in a family of artists, I always had an urge to be creative and artistic. As a child, I would constantly create characters and comics, but once I grew older I became more fascinated with houses and buildings. This led me to studying Architectural Technologies for four years at Platt Technical High school. There I learned many drafting skills and how to use AutoCAD. As a senior I was introduced to Redniss & Mead. I was hired after graduating and started off doing a mixture of surveying field work and drafting. Working in the field and creating maps for the town allowed me to quickly become proficient in the trade and I became a valued team member in the surveying department.
