Working knowledge of equipment and materials, space requirements, and design standards and principles. Collaborate with Architects, Engineers and builders from concept to completion. Proficient in space planning and CAD. Create detailed custom designs for ceilings, lighting, mill work, flooring patterns, staircases, furniture design, fireplaces, kitchens and closets. Interior finish out selections of furniture, fixtures and equipment. Management- Oversee and coordinate communication between project manager, designer, client and vendors. Create and manage contract documents necessary per design project. Frequent site visits for compliance of approved design and proper execution as well as Installation supervision.
