As a child life volunteer, I help to bring comfort and joy to children throughout their stay at Cardon Children's Medical Center. I am responsible for providing entertainment, a listening ear, and relieving family memebers for a brief time during my shift. I correspond with nurses and physicians to determine which patients need the most attention and support and then make my rounds through the unit to see which patients I can assist.

As a camp counselor I am responsible for a small group of children for a period of two months. I accompany them to various activities throughout the day where I encourage their participation and look out for their wellbeing. I am responsible for creating and carrying out group activities on a weekly basis as well as providing love and support to my campers daily.
