In short, I am a multipotentialite.I’m a person with many interest spanning different sects and communities.Health and wellness is my foundation. Enabled and inspired by a lifetime of sports (basketball) and activity (any and everything else), it was second nature to pursue exercise science reaching the collegiate ranks.From Miami to NYC I pursed studies in exercise science finishing at Lehman College. From there I started in the group fitness industry that was thriving and growing at an incredibly rapid pace. Upon earning my CPT from NASM I began as a group fitness instructor at “the bari studio” with an incredibly fun and amazingly unique activity: BOUNCE!Fast forward a few years (5), after traveling the world - from Asia to Iceland, from Thailand to Peru, etc., bounce opened up a world of opportunities for me and still had so much more to offer.Enter LeBounce!The uncertainty of the pandemic (2020) presented a big decision for me to make. To stay in NYC, thriving and continuing forward with another interest of mine, sports journalism, or try to do something far outside my comfort zone and very difficult. I chose the latter and I decided to bet on myself.After ~10 years in NYC, I decided to take my talents back home to south beach, Miami, FL and start my own business rooted in this thing called bounce - something that I’d already started to make a name for myself with and looks to be what i’ll be able to take with me in pursuit of future endeavors.~3 years later and finally the entrepreneurial spirit is LIVE and strong in me! It’s taken time, time that I needed for more personal growth and development.
