I’m Kendall and I’m a Marketing & Sales Professional with over 15 years of experience in the Office Technology and Supply industry. Rhyme is a local, family-owned business and has been since its inception in 1886. What the Rhyme family started many years ago, is now continued on by my family, the Steinhoff’s. I started my career at Rhyme in various Administration roles and moved into developing the Marketing Department from scratch after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Business Administration. I received my Master of Business Administration in 2019 to deepen my skill set and knowledge of business to help grow and improve Rhyme further. In 2022 I took on additional Sales Management responsibilities, leading the Office Supply Division and at the end of 2023, I moved into the Director of Sales and Marketing role overseeing Document Imaging, IT and Office Product Sales. My vision is to bring together the Sales and Marketing teams to create the most enjoyable customer experience – from the first visit on our website, to every interaction with one of our Client Managers.In my role I also oversee our charitable foundation, Rhyme Time. Giving back to our communities, and connecting with non-profits and local leaders to help push the needle on each of their unique missions, is a passion of mine. I was a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters for over 5 years before my “little” graduated and was off to the next chapter. My focus in this area is improving the lives of our youth.
