Kendall Tan Email and Phone Number

Previously served as managing counsel to financial services institutions, including retail banks and mortgage servicers, with a focus on defending claims related to forged/altered negotiable instruments, Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), deposit account agreements, brokerage account agreements, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA), the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Kendall graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in the spring of 2014 and was ranked in the top third of her graduating class. While in law school, Kendall served as an Articles & Comments Editor on the University of Richmond Law Review Editorial Board. Additionally, she won the 2014 Annual Survey Writing Competition and received a CALI Award in Administrative Law. Kendall graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2007 with a B.A. in Sociology.
