I thrive on being organised and being prepared. I love to plan and problem solve, project manage and run events. I am a people person with an outgoing personality. I’m a worker and love to be challenged.My passion is helping others, being involved in my community and learning what I can along the way.The goal is to help where I can, to be a positive role model and mentor and to lead with wisdom. Inspire with new skills and embrace every connection. In 2015 I started my own business with my daughter in supporting people with eating disorders(ED) with our own lived experience we have a walked the walk and have so much to share to make this journey a better one. We hope to spread more awareness about the early signs of ED.
