In order to have teams achieve KPIs, you need to invest in meaningful experiences, allow people to create awareness around their patterning that may not be serving them, and enhance psychological safety to create alignment.We do this over the course of our facilitated exercises, coaching, and fun experiences before, during, and after offsites.I lead remote leadership offsites of varying lengths (depending on what the team needs) all over the world, including one flagship program in Hawaii for teams to double down on their connection, productivity, and communication in a 5-day offsite together.

I designed immersive cultural experiences in Provence, France, and immersive experiences in Hawaii for entrepreneurs and remote professionals. The amount of connection and teammateship that actually occurred in Hawaii was next level, so it only seemed intuitive to then open up this offer to companies for their teams.Authentic Travel Adventures is a bucket list immersive travel experience. Originally designed for anyone wanting an off-the-beaten path experience in France, we then created offerings in Hawaii for entrepreneurs & remote professionals, and ultimately corporate teams.

I led user research on enterprise products focused on Workplace and Help Center for Facebook. If you're a customer or advertiser on Facebook looking for help in doing something, I worked on making that easier for you and getting you the help you need quicker. In particular, I specialized in research for chatbots and support (emphasizing self-serve so as to decrease costs to customer support).In addition, I facilitated offsites for the research teams as well as cross-functional teams. I facilitated brainstorms for cross-functional partners. I led workshops on how to facilitate brainstorms so as not to bore people and keep them engaged. I also led communication & teambuilding workshops for the Enterprise Engineering female organization as well as the offsite organizers.

I researched how SMBs advertise on our platform and how best to mitigate their pain points for the Travel Ads team.I moved to the Goodwill team, and researched the best user experience for the blockbuster product (think Year In Review videos, etc.)

• Interviewed target customers, rapidly produced UX/UI concepts, created wireframes, conducted usability studies, and built website for a law firm, resulting in a tripling of the number of leads.• Hands-on experience in research using questionnaires, customer interviews, and in designing user interfaces, prototyping in Sketch, Axure, and coding using Bootstrap in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript• Ran focus groups, conducted interviews and surveys to integrate user research into product design
