I am the Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ABA Support Services, LLC where I am the supervisor to the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) within my company. When I am not conducting monthly supervisions and oversight of the direct services, treatment planning, and RBT/BHT supervision of my supervisees, I am providing direct behavioral consultative services in school settings. Through ABA Support Services, I am currently contracted with two school districts to provide behavioral consultation for a caseload of students across six different schools. I work with school teams (e.g., principals, teachers, psychologists, interventionists, paraprofessionals, etc.) on assessing behaviors of concern to target for reduction as well as developing behavior plans and/or protocols to address behavioral concerns within various school settings. I train school staff on ABA procedures and principles as well as model these skills and create resources for the staff. I then monitor both staff and student progress through consistent data collection and analysis in order to assess staff fidelity with implementation of ABA procedures and interventions as well as their effects on student behavior.
