Developed an OTB in partnership with finance to ensure a seamless cashflow for replenishment of all stores. - Created overall buying strategies in partnership with the CEO, curating products that speak to our target market and align with our brand. Reliance was placed heavily on both COGS and received ratios to monitor a rolling OTB budget supported by data rather than inventory seasons.
