I worked at Le Bistrot Pierre as a Starter and Sweets Chef. My duties included keeping my sections topped up, clean, tidy and organized both in the kitchen and in the walk in refrigerator, checking what fresh preparation needed doing and ensuring that I followed specifications to each dish perfectly and ensuring that both the Head Chef, Sous-Chef and the front of house team were aware if we were running low on any ingredients and ensuring that I was kept up to date with any menu changes.

Working within the Bar and Grill, based on Lymm Services, my duties included ensuring the smooth running of the front of house area, serving customers and providing unbeatable customer service. Large Cash handling on a daily basis was a big part of my role, cashing up at the end of my shifts and ensuring that the safe and floats were counted and balanced correctly. On top of my regular supervisory duties, I took up further responsibilities including management of the cellar, weekly line cleans on the beer lines and placing orders for alcohol deliveries. I also temporarily moved over to the kitchen as a Kitchen Supervisor. With this came extra responsibilities and training, ranging from plating and serving food and cooking as well as ensuring all the due diligence paperwork was completed on a daily basis to ensure top marks on our audits.During my time working for Moto Hospitality, I also completed a first aid course and the APLH Training Course, granting me my Personal Licence.

Working at communicate Better, I was working within a busy business to business sales office environment as a Telemarketer and Lead Generation executive. The main focus of my position was to generate opportunities by cold calling businesses, in order to gauge interest in specific product sets that are suited to their industry. The company specialises in Telephony, IT, Telematics and Mobile for business and with this, I have broadened my knowledge further into the technology industry. Being the first point of contact when calling the company, I have encountered a multitude of sales and customer service calls and have always dealt with them in a professional and courteous manner regardless of it being a compliment or complaint.

Working solely with Enterprise and Mid-market companies, I customers to leverage IBM's advanced capabilities to manage data growth, protect data and gain actionable insights. Working within the Village hotel restaurant - The Verve Bar and Grill, my duties were mainly Bar related; setting up and organizing the bar at the beginning of shift, large cash handling and table service. I also gained waitress experience from working on the floor, taking orders from customers and delivering food to tables while working on the pass, as well as ensuring customers get a great welcome into the restaurant and seated in the relevant tables required by their needs by working on the host stand. These roles also included taking phone calls from internal and external customers, as well as running room service orders and reserving tables. I also lent a helping hand when needed on the reception desk with night shifts. This included Taking orders for, cooking and delivering room service, cleaning the front entrance lobby, resolving any queries or complaints and running the late night residents bar in the Public House pub and kitchen.

Working within a busy call center environment as a first point of contact Customer Service, TV Technical Support and Sales advisor for British Sky Broadcasting, dealing with a varied amount customer calls on a daily basis, I have gained an incredible amount of experience in a multitude of situations including technical difficulties, complaints and also billing and financial queries, alongside general customer service. Working together in a team and also on my own, I pushed myself more and more every day to hit the targets required of myself to ensure that my stats were at their peak and that i was always on top of my game. My daily targets included Average Handling Times, Sales Through Service, Transfers, Hold and After Call Work along-side maintaining High Resolution, C-SAT and NPS results.

Working within a busy bar environment, I served and ensured that all customers had a great experience and received perfect customer service. In Chicago Rock we had a very high standard of customer respect and aimed to ensure every customer was greeted and treated with the utmost respect both in the venue and outside.My main duties include working behind the bar handling large amounts of cash, Serving customers food and drink and restocking both the well and show fridges. I also dealt with any customer queries and complaints by phone and also in person as well as showing commitment to my job and my company I enjoyed going in on my days off helping out the Marketing and Advertisement team by assisting with promotional work and dealing with party bookings both by phone and email.
