I first started my work experience at a small store, Just Goods, in my hometown Shorewood, Wisconsin. While working under my boss and the owner Lisa Castagnozzi, I learned how to work with people and manage customer's. While working I spent a lot of time watching the shop and working alone. Learning how to problem solve on spot. During the Covid-19 pandemic Lisa sadly closed the store and went fully online. Because of this I looked for my next job, cashier at Noodles and Company. I started June of 2020, working in the midst of the pandemic taught me more problem solving, specifically working with customers who were unsatisfied with their service. after a few months we continues to lose workers, I was asked to move into the kitchen and learn morning prep. I picked up fast and would continue to work in the kitchen for the duration of my time there. I worked there for two years and continue to work as a cashier and cook on school breaks.
