In this role I work directly with our clients - essentially as an account manager - to assist with any implementation requirements, fulfil training needs and help with problem resolution. I also act as a conduit between the clients and our team in regards to functionality and improvement requests. Due to my technical background, I am able to help filter and refine requests before they reach the Product Owner.While Automaton has always been an Agile developer, in this role I was able to assist with the successful implementation of Scrum methodologies and I am currently the Scrum Master for the admation team. I am also pleased to have successfully implemented workflow solutions to a wide variety of clients, many of whom were initially adverse to change.

In this role I managed a team of 10 software developers working on several projects concurrently.Day to day tasks included: - Assist clients and management with feature scoping - Manage developer workload - Communicate to business the current state of developmentIn this role I was able to integrate new staff into our expanding team while improving workplace practices. I was also instrumental in the introduction of development workflow solutions to the business.

Initially I joined Automaton to develop the web based front end for automated advertising solutions but was quickly tasked with backend development. I worked in a small Agile team on several workflow related projects predominantly in the advertising space. During this time I demonstrated my ability to quickly pick up new skill sets.Some of my achievements in this role included assisting clients improve their day-to-day time usage through systems I developed with them as well as seeing a Fortune 500 company putting approximately 97% of their advertising work through my system.

Assisted local businesses with user engagement solutions such as interactive websites and printed media.Also assisted in developing simple workflow solutions for small businesses particularly in the digital photography realm.
