I am a Business Communications major with a minor in Digital Media here at UCF, which comes from my interest in social media and digital marketing! I love learning how to effectively engage in digital communication and social media strategies. I'm always ready to put myself through any new challenge, whether it be acquiring new skills, competing, or stepping into a new professional role.At UCF, I have been very involved with the American Marketing Association, through which I have developed a lot of great connections, hands-on experiences, and a better understanding of what exactly the field of marketing consists of. Also at UCF, I hold the position of Pentel Ambassador, hosting free and fun educational events to help students find the best stationery for their academic needs!I look for any opportunity to test my skill set in the real world! Getting to apply my knowledge in a work place helps my professional development, and also presents a whole new learning experience. I am currently able to do this through my Account Service Marketing Intern role at MedTech Momentum! This role also continues to improve my relationship building and project management skills.Outside of my professional interests, I enjoy staying active through yoga, pickleball, or going on a run! Growing up as one of four siblings, making sure that others are helped and their needs met is second nature to me! I am originally from Jacksonville, Florida, having lived there for 18 years and spending lots of time at the beach. Because of this, I have a very strong appreciation for the ocean and all life that can be found in it.
