Responsible for creating and running the Junior Leadership Program at McMaster Camps.

Working with the Head Soph and other Programming Assistants to plan Huron University College's orientation week 2017. Overall my job is to provide the incoming first year students with a welcome week that is educational and fun, while also safe. As part of the head soph team I am also in charge of helping to lead the rest of the orientation leaders and preparing them for orientation week. I work as a support system for both the sophs and the first years.

Helping first year students transition to university during orientation week and for the remainder of their university experience. Orientation leaders help students with their social, and academic life, by providing advice along with resources, as well as being a support system for whenever they need it. Through training leaders are taught about safety, mental health, diverse environments, and how to be an ally. Overall leaders are there for first years to make sure that they are safe, and have a good university experience.

Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail parcels at Huron's Mailroom. My duties include processing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls and emails, and organizing the workspace, all while maintaining client confidentiality. I am required to work by myself and get my tasks completed in a timely fashion.

Working with a network of Huron professors, faculty, students and alumni to work together to create a better Huron. Through meetings and discussions, we address the issues facing Huron and come up with collaborative solutions. Our main focus is connecting current students with Huron alumni and making sure everyone has access to the resources they need to succeed. Working together to create future leaders with heart.

Helping students at Huron University College with their academic needs by providing workshops, advice, attending transition sessions, helping with essay writing or exam studying, and answering any questions students may have either in person or through email.

My role at the Gazette is to write news briefs, articles, and conduct interviews. I also attend workshops each week to strengthen my journalism skills and experience.

Responsible for planning Huron University College's annual formal in first term, and new HBK formal in 2nd term. The position includes working with my partner to plan everything for both events including booking the venue, designing decor and creating the theme, tickets, music, food and entertainment. Also in charge of leading a group of 5-10 formal volunteers to help with formal decor and other responsibilities.
