As the President of Altitude Career Skills Institute, I am dedicated to integrating the principles of military excellence with the dynamics of educational innovation. My goal is to lead with unwavering integrity, mentor the next generation of leaders, and drive significant advancements in every arena I engage with. My focus is on building frameworks that seamlessly integrate AI tools with human-centered leadership practices.I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and have participated in executive coaching courses at Harvard Business School. These academic endeavors have deepened my understanding of effective leadership strategies and the importance of a respectful, continuous learning, and outward mindset workplace culture.My military service, spanning 21 years, has been characterized by diverse leadership roles that profoundly shaped my approach to leadership and strategic development. I served as a Detachment Commander at both the US Army Air Ambulance Detachment and the US Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory in Fort Novosel, a Platoon Leader at Fort Campbell, and a Team Sergeant at Fort Liberty. These positions refined my expertise in airborne and aviation operations, crisis management, and fostering teamwork under the most challenging conditions. My commitment to mission success, the well-being of my team, and the pursuit of excellence remained steadfast, whether it involved overseeing the meticulous final inspection of parachutes, orchestrating deployments in support of international operations, or managing life-saving medical evacuation efforts.Prior to becoming President, I served as Vice President for Development and Institutional Advancement at Altitude Career Skills Institute. In this role, I leveraged my extensive military background to drive forward-thinking business development strategies.
