Grew the practice from one community in Oakland to 3 states, 5 markets, and over 30 providers in under 2.5 years. Created the clinical care model based on IHI's "4Ms for Age-Friendly Health" by creating individualized care plans that focus on What Matters, Medication Optimization, Mobility, and Mind. Reframed "What Matters" as more than advance care planning - into "What makes you smile? What brings you joy?" to better understand how to increase the joy in people's lives. Built a provider culture of person-centered care, collaboration, and risk tolerance to empower patients to choose the quality of life and wellness goals that met their needs.

Herself Health provides person-centered care to women over 65 with a focus on mind, body, and soul. This holistic approach to care delivery aims to improve the quality of life of both the women for whom we care and the clinical team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and medical assistants.Redesigning the experience of care for women as they age and for the clinical team that cares for them! Hired 11 new clinicians in 6 months, launched clinic #2, grew patient panel to over 1200 patients in 6 months, creation of Herself Fellowship and the new graduate program, reimagined a community of women through Herself Community, creation of patient and clinician Experience Days to build empathy, understanding, and improve person-centered design.
