I have a certification in Meraki Network Operator, and I am proficient in help desk support, hardware, and manufacturing process improvement. My mission is to provide reliable and efficient solutions for the city's network and phone system, and to enhance their performance and security.In my current role, I oversee and manage the network and phone system for the city, working with diverse teams and stakeholders. I monitor the installation of the network, develop and document network procedures, and provide network support by assisting management in administering and designing the network. I also analyze network and phone system performance, and ensure that they stay at 90-100%. Additionally, I serve as a technical lead and consultant on LAN/WAN projects, and coordinate with service vendors on tier 3 tickets and project-related tasks.
