Kendra is a versatile, dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer service, operations leadership, administration, sales, staff leadership, training, project management, business management and curriculum development gained from more than 15 years of experience leading competitive and recreational tennis programs and instruction.She has a diverse skill set in various areas of operations and business management, including controlling operations, purchasing, marketing, budgeting, reporting, recruiting/hiring, scheduling, compliance, developing cost control programs and general accounting. Strong track record in implementing new programs, procedures, sales strategies and customer service initiatives to increase sales, customer/member satisfaction and efficiency, as well as reduce costs and customer service issues. She has excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills. Detail driven supporting accuracy and follow through for customer service, sales, information gathering, data analysis, reporting and documentation.Kendra is a certified teaching professional with both the PTR and USPTA. She is also a Coach Developer for the USTA and USPTA and finds helping new coaches with their skill sets to be very rewarding. She has been a lead faculty coach for USTA's EDC's, has presented at conferences, served on multiple committees as a volunteer. Kendra was the recipient for the Racquet Sports Industry's Youth Provider of the Year Award in 2020. She was also awarded the USTA New England Jr Team Tennis Organizer of the Year award in 2017 and the USPTA New England Al Rogers award in 2016. She has a great work ethic, is responsible, honest, reliable and loyal, enjoys collaborating with and learning from others, has a growth mindset, has excellent problem solving skills, is detail oriented, is a good communicator and is ambitious.
