She thoroughly enjoys mixing energetic healing along with breath work throughout her asana sequences. Her goals in this life are to help, share, and empower; teaching people to live their yoga off the mat as well as on. Kendra is fully insured as well as CPR/First Aid certified with an associate's degree. Offering a wide variety of options, daily yoga classes, 1:1 sessions. Specialized sessions for youth and 55+.
