My experience working with a variety of client’s in the United States and overseas has given me the ability to connect with various populations and identify specific needs in individuals and groups and excel in client relations and retention. My work with individuals and in public speaking venues has motivated clients to get through challenges and succeed in desired change and achieve their goals. I have effectively supervised and worked well with other co-workers in leadership capacities in public schools, on boards, and as a trainer and supervisor. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and internships working in addiction and mental health fields, I am trained in using the most effective evidence based therapeutic techniques to include my personal favorite of Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am also a certified Mind Body Medicine Facilitator.
