I am a Human Resources Coordinator with a Criminal Justice Degree and Sheriff’s office experience. I am a master organizer who loves to create order out or chaos after thorough research and with a laser focus on details. I am a careful observer of people and adept at bringing out the best in each of them. I have an Insatiable curiosity to constantly learn new words, new subjects and new processes – and meet new people. I have an exceptional ability to convey information effectively and concisely both verbally and in writing.Prior to beginning my career at Capital One, I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Upon graduation, I went on to pursue a career in law enforcement at the Richmond City Sheriff's Office. While there for almost 10 years, I obtained an immense amount of knowledge of the Criminal Justice system. Although it was extremely rewarding to work with and service the community, I realized I had a passion to pursue other career opportunities. When I am not working you can usually find me curled up with a good book or spending time quality time with family and friends. I make a point to learn or new word or new process daily..I know it sounds cliche, but I love learning new things.
