Cook all the meals for football, basketball, and hockey home games. Provide services to weddings taking place on campus. Provide services to various events going on around campus.

Prepare delectable meals for the public to enjoy with some great craft beers. Present specials, and give ideas to new menus items when needed.

Receive weigh in's and set up or build the brackets for the tournaments. Sit at the tournament and make sure that everything is running smooth and keep track of all the bouts and brackets throughout the day. Run the tournament. Deal with parent complaints and problems with brackets.

Prepare food to order. Create new menu items. Can do anything from Prep work to Expo.

Merchandise alcoholic products to multiple stores. Take in deliveries and keep back stock of all products.

Make pies and other baked goods. Production bakery for all the Kroger's in the Detroit and Lansing area. Maintain a bakery with four other co-workers. Make sure production numbers are correct and that the pies and baked goods are done in a timely manner.

Line cook and expo for this bar and grill in Omaha, Ne. Fed 100-1000's of people in any given week and weekend. Main cook for the corporate tents at the NCAA College World Series. Participated in two food competitions with this restaurant. Achieved 5th place in a Lasagna Competition and 4th place in a soup competition.

Head Scorer at all dual meets for the team. Traveled throughout the country to make sure we kept the wrestlers and coaches as stress free as possible. Arranged dinners at specific places and take out orders. Video taped wrestling matches for wrestlers use to improve and for the year end video. Did extra curricular wrestling events with the team outside of season (i.e. summer practices)
