At Texas Health Resources, one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health systems in the U.S., I focus on leveraging health informatics to improve clinical workflows, support data-driven decision-making, and implement electronic health record (EHR) optimizations. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine clinical documentation systems, ensuring they are aligned with evidence-based practices and enhance patient care.With an MS in Nursing Education from Western Governors University and a background in clinical informatics, I have developed and taught courses on patient safety, clinical system usability, data analytics, and healthcare technology integration.
