As a front desk receptionist, I had many responsibilities. I was to maintain a friendly attitude while answering and managing phone calls. I was to greet all patrons. Being at a storage facility, I was in charge of front office sales and renting of units and moving trucks. I also maintained neat organization of all files and a clean office space.

As a customer care representative for U-Haul, the whole team shares many duties.We were responsible for checking in all returned equipment and ensuring the equipment was returned as expected. We checked tires and fluids as well as the lights, wipers and checked for any dents or scratches.Additionally we were trained to operate U-Haul's software used to carry out all transactions and renting of equipment and storage units. We also had to be able to drive all moving trucks, connect trailers to vehicles and be able to drive and park trailers attached to any moving truck.

As an intelligence specialist for the Marine Corps, I gathered and evaluated information so as to inform my chain of command of possible threats to our mission. I provided any important information that our troops should need before starting a mission. This included route assessment, weather assessment, enemy assessment and many more.

As a host my duties were to greet and welcome each guest. I would manage the seating arrangements of all guests. I would also clear and reset all tables as needed.As a to go server I would take all phone calls and orders for food to be picked up by guests. I would get the orders together and handle all to go transactions.
