Zimmer Biomet, Adecco Contract- Remediated design history files for Legacy Zimmer hip instrumentation. Exercised technical writing skills, tracked project progress, and trained fellow engineers on design control as the work stream lead for Design Validation Gap Closure and Design Input Gap Closure. Distributed assignments, evaluated output, and provided feedback for hip development Co-Ops.

Planned and organized events for over 5,000 people as a part of Cal Poly’s NSTP, encompassing summer and fall orientation. Screened applications and interviewed (group and personal) over 100 students for Orientation Team. Trained 65 Orientation Team members on public speaking, conflict management, facilitating discussion, event planning, leadership and more. Prepared a new application for the Team Lead position. Responsible for planning and executing events for fall orientation, Week of Welcome which is the largest volunteer orientation in the United States. Presented at NODA (Orientation, Transition, Retention) Region II Conference 2015. Position was both volunteer and paid.

Worked underneath Boise State University graduate students to help them explore more possibilities in their senior projects, learned programs such as MatLab, LabVIEW, and SolidWorks. Several teammates and I created a product that will soon be patented.
