• Supporting the company's management of residential & commercial properties• Working with contractors, construction personnel, and public officials to keep company properties at full occupancy, up to date with state regulations, and in optimal operation•Assisting tenants of all the company properties with maintenance requirements and monthly transactions.• Assisting with the management of the company properties;• Working with tenants' data to create spreadsheets for the purposes of financial analysis, planning, and invoicing of maintenance expenses.• Showing vacant residential and commercial spaces.

• Responsible for organizing activities in the Caribbean and Central America region as an In-Market Representative of International key accounts of the company. •Build and maintain updated databases of importers from the Caribbean and Central America. •Recruitment of buyers to participate in events: seminars, technical assistance, international trade missions. •Develop and submit requests for products from buyers to suppliers affiliated with the company's clients. •Manage reservations of hotels, conference rooms, transportation, and flights for the development of events locally and internationally. •Attend trade missions in the Caribbean, Central America, and the United States.

•Provide attention to external visitors and channel them to the corresponding department. •Catch calls and forward them to each department in a timely manner. •Make delivery of checks to certain providers. •Reception of electronic and physical correspondence and its distribution to the respective areas.
