About Kendra Mccurdy

Yes, you could say I strived for a structured environment. And when it wasn't to be found, I created it. Before my contracts with the Army and the Army National Guard, I attended 4 years of military college, 3 years of Junior ROTC, and multiple military style youth programs. As a child I enjoyed making my bed with hospital corners and I couldn't clean my room without lining my toys up "just so."My desire for order and discipline drove me to develop my ability to set, prioritize and achieve goals.In my 6 years post-military career I have learned to apply the human element to the black-or-whiteness of my youth. Conversations and relationships have become the meat and skin to my structured, organized skeleton.I'm excited about bringing that unique body of skills to my new organization: LMI Builders!
