I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team at PMA Insurance Services, where I share the company's mission of providing innovative and customized solutions to meet the needs of our customers.In my current role, I handle workers compensation claims for a TPA company, where I apply my knowledge and expertise to subrogate for loss recovery, negotiate settlements, send appropriate filings to NCIC and SCWCC, investigate and take recorded statements, determine compensability, process payments for loss time, TTD and PPD ratings, file appropriate state forms, conduct claim reviews with clients, take witness statements, investigate coverage, set appropriate medical reserves, set ALOD and ELOD dates, negotiate settlements and mitigate, and document discoveries.
