A multi-cultural leader with experience managing professional and volunteer organizations to success. Most recently, I took a break and blended my business and education experience to volunteer for over a 1 year as a Employment Resource Service Missionary.✔️ As a CAREER COACH, one of the highlights of my day was hosting a daily networking group and teaching resume writing, interviewing, and networking skills. Within a 15-month period I helped 60+ candidates find work during the Covid-19 Pandemic. (Search "LDS AJS" for more info.) Other accomplishments I am proud of include a BS in Business Management that led to working as a small business consultant:✔️ As a CONSULTANT: I create solutions for small businesses ($2M-$5M in revenue). I design sustainable data operations and, most important, listen to the needs and advise clients on best practices for their specific situation. I completed an MS in Career & Technical Post-secondary Education. My 110 page thesis was published in 2020. ✔️ As a RESEARCHER: I study the awareness and perception of apprenticeships among college students. I designed, distributed, analyzed and reported on an original mixed-method 14-question survey to over 200 students. Poster presented at the AERA 2021 Annual Conference.I am most proud of my role as family member: a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, etc... ⚰ As a GENEALOGIST: I study my family history. My 1st generation roots are German and early American. I also have connections to Denmark, Italy, Ireland.
