Senior Recruitment Relationship Manager - Global Engineering And Purchasing
Manage the successful fulfillment of open vacancies within Global Engineering and Purchasing. Liaison to hiring managers and first point of contact for their hiring needs. I collaboratively work with hiring managers to provide diverse candidate pools, first hand knowledge of industry market trends which included market time to fill, salary trends, and tailored recruitment strategies. The areas included, molding, serialization, automation, packaging and research associates which focus on parenteral pharmaceutical products and sterile medical devices.
