Hello everyone! I am currently a rising senior at Rutgers University majoring in BME and minoring in Japanese. At university, I am an undergraduate researcher in the Firestein Lab where I am working to insert uric acid into polymer-based nanoparticles to treat secondary spinal cord injuries. Outside of academics, I am a Project Lead for the Rutgers-EWB Kenya Project where our team is looking to build a pipeline distribution network to the Kolunje School District. Additionally, I am the Secretary of Japanese Conversation Club and am an active member of SWE.During the fall and spring seasons, I work as a soccer referee in my local area. Last summer, I interned at Merck in the Supply Excellence organization. This summer, I am doing a second internship at Merck working in the Biologics Drug Substance Commercialization group!
