About Kendra Summers

I moved to Maryland from Virginia in late 2013, so I am looking to build a strong professional network in this area. I began working with Forward Air (formerly Towne Air Freight) in an entry level administration assistant position, and less than 2 months into it I became our location's Claims' Coordinator, processing, investigating, and resolving all of our in home damage claims. I worked for another logistics company before coming to Forward Air. I also began in an entry level call center agent position there, then moved on to a Dispatch Supervisor, and finally an Assistant Ops Manager. I am fluent (speak/read/write) in Spanish. I have a broad background, I am really interested in building a network and being able to continue to grow.
