I work with people with mental health conditions be it diagnosed or undiagnosed. It also comprises of people whose mental wellbeing are being compromised due to current stressors. I also work with caregivers of people with mental health issues.My job includes case management, counselling, conducting homevisit, bringing clients for appointments, escorting clients to hospitals (only when needed), running group works etc.

Working with clients of a wide range from mental health to parenting to housing issues.

I work with people in the community struggling with mental health. In my course of work, I cover case management, counselling, bringing client for medical appointments etc.
