At a high level, I am responsible for:1) Developing, implementing and managing EDTT's global mobility strategy for our Canadian staff posted abroad. This includes focusing on the following areas: talent acquisition at an executive level, onboarding, international relocations of Canadian staff and their accompanying dependents, legal compliance and repatriation program.2) Developing and implementing Alberta International Offices' HR systems, policies and procedures that apply to the local staff in 12 different countries. 3) Developing and implementing HR programs, such as onboarding programs for both our Canadian staff as well as our international staff, to ensure achievement of EDTT's strategic HR objectives.4) Redesigning core processes to improve productivity and the employee experience.5) Providing strategic advice supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
