Managed a portfolio of grants ($50K-$2M), from proposal to award stages working closely with program and finance staff.Principal writer for a wide variety of development products including funding proposals and reports for individuals and foundations. Maintained the system (Salesforce) for tracking status and deadlines of all funding proposals and reports.

Assessed performance of development projects including the application of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis tools, techniques and approaches. Principle author of the IEG Project Performance Assessment of the Pastoral Community Development Projects in Ethiopia. Designed interview protocol based on preliminary desk review of documentation, and undertook field mission to Ethiopia to collect additional data and conduct interviews. Prepare preliminary assessments and country case studies (looking at issues related to governance, human development and the environment). Conducted an agro-logistics chain analysis of Nutmeg and Cocoa exportation from Grenada. Designed the interview guide for each of several stakeholders along the two chains. Arranged and undertook supervision mission to Grenada to conduct interviews with project stakeholders. Articulated and prioritized logistic and value chain bottlenecks.
