Kendra is the Owner & CEO of We The People Consulting, a Native woman owned & operated management consulting firm specializing in developing vision, building strategy, and creating sustainable business operations for Tribes, government agencies, municipalities, educational institutions, small businesses and other various organizations. Collectively, the firm has over 100 years of experience working in diverse industries, including Indian country, specifically with Tribes and Tribal leaders. Our trusted team of experts are skilled in economic development, strategic visioning and implementation, assessment & evaluation, curriculum development, EDIT (equity, diversity, inclusion & transition), corporate & workforce development, training, education, executive coaching, human resources, talent acquisition, graphic design, public relations and communications. As a citizen of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Kendra has a passion for providing culturally relevant solutions for her clients and their communities. Kendra is a well-rounded business leader and has served in multiple executive leadership roles in education, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, technology, transportation, aerospace & defense, and manufacturing. Kendra has been responsible for multi-site and multi-cultural workforces domestically, internationally, and in union and non-union environments. She has led transformational teams for publicly traded and private companies from start-ups to Fortune 100’s and 500’s in mature and emerging markets, both in high-growth and turnaround environments. Kendra is the Co-Founder of Matriarch, Inc., a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. She is a founding member and founding Health & Wellness teacher at Sovereign Community School, an Indigenous charter school serving grades 5-12. She now sits as Board President. She attended Oklahoma City University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law and was an active Phi Alpha Delta member.
