Documentation and Compliance: I handle extensive documentation, including client and caregiver paperwork, and ensure everything is uploaded and printed for annual state inspections. 7. Incident Reporting: I file Reportable Event Forms for incidents such as injuries, hospital visits, or other issues, ensuring detailed reports are submitted to the appropriate MCO, Care Coordinator, DIDD and APS for investigation. 8.
