Responsible for the overall integrated communications and marketing strategy for AgrAbility for Pennsylvanians (AgrAbility PA), a grant-based project supported by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) in collaboration with Penn State Extension. AgrAbility PA assists farmers and agricultural workers with a disability or long-term health condition by providing direct services and support they need to continue working in production agriculture. The project is a partnership between Penn State Extension and UCP Central PA. Coordinates and develops printed and electronic communications as well as infographics and other visual media. Promotes content to external media outlets including print, broadcast, niche, and digital. Develops and builds on relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders. Participates in public outreach events to increase awareness among target audiences, general public, legislative staff, policy makers, and commodity organizations. Enhances digital communication platforms to include accessibility features, tools, and adaptations.
