Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

Responsible for the overall human resources and organizational development effectiveness, performance issues, cultural development and initiatives that address company goals and strategies.

Formulate and manages programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. Administers payroll, worker’s compensation program, employee safety/OSHA program(s), and serves as adviser to staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.

Providing a wide variety of complex human resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures, collaborating with leadership to identify human resource needs, sourcing and recommending top talent for vacant positions, facilitating on-boarding of new hires and employment and employee relations to enhance retention and ensure legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.

Perform the essential functions of recruitment sourcing activities, recruitment selection/operational activities, retention activities, employment process, and legal compliance as outlined under each competency in a manner consistent with the core values and service behaviors.

I have been given the opportunity to work in several areas necessary for business operation. Including, but not limited to, recruiting nurses and nurse’s aides for Kansas City, Topeka and Wichita markets, credentials and compliance of 400+ field staff, compliance with employment laws, performance management, disciplinary action/documentation, hiring/termination process, and exempt level staffing.

I was the internal resource contact for 120+ outside sales representative. I was responsible for all the new hire information set up at the corporate office in Palm Beach Gardens,Florida. I also coordinated all training sessions as well asmaintained training compliance with all outside Sales Representatives and Sales Management. I worked closely with the Regional Directors to coordinate up to 6 regional meetings semi-annually. I also worked with the Corporate Events Manager and outside venue staff to coordinate the company’s annual sales meeting held at a different location each year.
