I am passionate about caring for others and creating a more positive community for those around me. My 6 years of experience in the aesthetics industry has taught me how to work professionally with others. Aesthetics experience has provided me with skills such as listening, sales and marketing, interpersonal, team work and teaching experience. My baccalaureate experience has shaped me into a more organized analytical individual . I have developed communication skills further in various health care and community environments, with intra- and interdisciplinary team members, stakeholders, clients at various ages and stages. My leadership skills have grown and been demonstrated in community projects and in the medical surgical environment. Summer of 2014, I had the opportunity to pursue more knowledge in the realm of yoga. Atlas Studio provided me with new methods of self care which have helped me with my nursing practice as well as provided me with more knowledge of the community around me. I look forward to my continued studies for years to come and hope I can make a positive impact on those I meet.
